Clinicians REM Sleep is a researched-based formula that includes 5-HTP, traditional herbs and essential nutrients to support falling asleep and natural sleep patterns for a restful sleep. 5-HTP is an amino acid that the body uses to produce sleep hormones. Passionflower and Skullcap have been traditionally used to support calm and relaxation and are combined with Magnesium, Vitamin B3 and B6 supporting muscle and body relaxation in preparation for sleep and to support continuous sleep.

Ingredients
Each gelatin capsule contains:
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) ext.equiv.dry herb 540 mg
Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) herb ext.equiv.dry herb 80 mg
Magnesium aspartate complex 312 mg (equiv magnesium 62 mg)
Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 12.5 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.3mg mg (equiv Vitamin B6) 5 mg
5-Hydroxytryptophan 25 mg
Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, tapioca.
No added: Sugar, artificial colours and preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime.
Repeat the dose during the night if required by your healthcare professional.
Precautions
Avoid this product if you are taking antidepressant medication or St John's Wort. Not recommended to take this product when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
