Good Health Peri-Meno+ is a comprehensive formula containing scientifically researched herbs to support women through the peri and postmenopausal years.
Hops have been shown to support temperature balance, mood, brain function, and relaxation in menopausal women. Black cohosh is well-known as a support for healthy mood and internal temperature balance, and fenugreek supports hormonal balance during menopause. Ashwagandha and sage are added to support mood, brain health and function, stress management, and restorative sleep.

Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:
Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 1000mg,

Red Sage (Salvia miltiorrhiza) root 100mg,
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root 100mg.
Contains tableting aids.
No added gluten, egg, dairy, yeast, soy, wheat, or artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Directions
Adults: Take one tablet with a meal or as professionally advised.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
