BioTrace Elemental Magnesium is a concentrated liquid supplement that provides 105 mg of Magnesium per serve, in ionic form. This is the form most recognised by the body.
Magnesium is an essential cofactor for more than 300 chemical reactions within the body. It may support the body with normal energy levels, sleep and mood balance, adrenal gland health, immune health, brain function, muscle function and other bodily functions adversely associated with stress.
Magnesium supports the absorption and assimilation of other minerals including calcium, phosphorous, sodium and potassium and vitamins such as B Complex Vitamins, Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

Directions
Adults: Using the Opti-Dose measured dropper, take 1ml twice daily in water or juice, or as directed by your health professional.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
