Each capsule contains:
Aquamin Forte TG: 500mg
Equivalent to calcified Lithothamnion tophiforme: 475mg
Equivalent to Calcium: 150mg
Equivalent to Magnesium: 11mg
Brassica juncea (mustard green) leaf: 12.5mg
Brassica rapa (turnip green) leaf: 12.5mg
Brassica oleracea var gemmifera (brussel sprout) leaf: 12.5mg
Naturally derived excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, clear nature caps
Directions
Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily.
Precautions
Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Do not use if induction seal is broken. Contains sulfites.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
