Proprietary Blend 32mg including; Amla powder (fruit), Belleric Myrobalan powder (fruit), Black Pepper powder (fruit), Long Pepper extract (1.5% piperine) (fruit).  BioPerine Complex including BioPerine Black Pepper extract (95% piperine) (fruit), Ginger extract (5% gingerols) (rhizome) 3mg.

Directions

Adults: Take one (1) Liquid Soft-Gel twice a day with a meal.
