Biosphere Magnesium Optimal Absorption in Mango Pineapple flavour combines three types of magnesium to create the ideal dose with optimal absorption.
The most bioavailable type of magnesium supplements are those that dissolve well into liquid, allowing the magnesium to be completely absorbed into the gut.
Each serving contains 400mg of elemental magnesium, an ideal dose to help push people into optimal levels of magnesium supporting overall health and wellness.
Magnesium citrate has a great absorption rate and mixes well with water. Biosphere have used a natural marine based magnesium citrate as one of the best forms for supplementation.
Magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate is a form of magnesium glycinate bound to the amino acid lysine which keeps the magnesium molecule stable in its journey to the gut for absorption.
DiMagnesium malate is a fantastic form of magnesium for people suffering from fatigue, since malic acid is a vital component of enzymes that play a key role in ATP synthesis (the process by which cells generate and store energy) and energy production. The ionic bonds of magnesium and malic acid are easily broken, making it highly soluble and easily absorbed.

Each 1 scoop (4.7g) serve contains:
Magnesium Citrate 1000mg (providing 150mg of elemental magnesium)
DiMagnesium Malate 750mg (providing 150mg of elemental magnesium)
Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate Chelate 1000mg (providing 100mg of elemental magnesium)
Other Ingredients: Citric Acid, Natural Flavours, Turmeric root powder (for colour), Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit Extract, Beta Carotene (for colour).
Directions
Adults take: 1 scoop daily. Preferably in the evening with food.
Children (12 and under): Take half the dose.
Mix a single scoop into water (200ml) until dissolved.
Precautions
Suitable for diabetics and during pregnancy. Store in cool dark place below 30C.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
