Large 120 veg caps size of Now Foods Bromelain. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme derived from the stem of the pineapple plant that has protein-digesting properties. When taken with food, bromelain can help to support healthy digestion; when taken between meals, it may help to support joint comfort and may help to relieve temporary soreness that is associated with muscle overuse.
Bromelain is designed by nature to support proper gastrointestinal function and may also support muscle and joint comfort.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, with or between meals.
Manufacturer's Precaution's
For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially anti-platelet medications), or have a medical condition. Do not use if you have a pineapple allergy. Keep out of reach of children. Natural color variation may occur in this product. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
