Also contains tableting aids, sucralose, flavour and colour.
This product contains lactose and 230 mg sodium/tablet
Directions
One tablet a day in a glass of water for adults and children over 12 years old, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per 5g dose (approx 1 rounded 5ml teaspoon): Calcium ascorbate threonate complex (equiv. Calcium 99mg) 1000mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 750mg, Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate) (equiv. Sodium 33mg) 250mg, Citrus bioflavonoid complex (standardised to 35mg hesperidin) 100mg, Rutin 100mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 7mg.
Also contains: Maltodextrin, natural flavouring, Thaumatin and xanthan gum.
No added: Yeast, artificial colours or preservatives.
Directions
Mix with fruit juice, water or fluid.
Adults & children over 13 years: 1 rounded 5ml teaspoon.
Children 9 to 13 years: 1/2 a 5ml teaspoon daily.
Children 4 to 8 years: 1/4 a 5ml teaspoon daily.
