Nature's Way high strength magnesium combines the power of 4 different forms of magnesium that work synergistically. Plus co-factors Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3, and Manganese to support absorption and help maintain magnesium levels in the body.

Also contains; calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, crospovidone, povidone, hypromellose, macrogol 400, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
Adults: Take one tablet daily with food, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 12.5mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.3mg (equiv Vitamin B6) 5mg, 5-Hydroxytryptophan 25mg, Magnesium aspartate complex (equiv magnesium) 312 62mg, Passiflora incarnata (passion flower) ext.equiv. dry herb 540mg, Scutellaria lateriflora (scullcap) herb ext.equiv. dry herb 80mg.
Also contains: Magnesium stearate, tapioca. No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours and preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime.
Repeat the dose during the night if required.
