Description
A foundational substance in the Ayurvedic tradition, shilajit (shee-la-jeet) is a concentrated source of trace minerals and fulvic acid derived from mineral pitch.
Shilajit is used to support systemic rejuvenation and a tonic, often in combination with other Ayurvedic formulas.
Swanson Superior Herbs Shilajit Extract features a classic preparation purified with the historic Ayurvedic herbal combination triphala, which includes the herbs amla, harada and baharda in equal proportions. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellu-lose (plant fiber), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 veggie capsule per day with water as a dietary supplement.

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Dosage
Take 1 day formula in the morning with food;
Take 1 night restore formula before bed.
