Clinicians Magnesium capsules contain a Magnesium complex designed to support cardiovascular, immune, hormonal and muscular-skeletal health. Magnesium is a mineral needed by every cell in the body. Magnesium also supports muscle tone and relaxation, healthy blood pressure and sleep.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients in each gelatin capsule: Magnesium Aspartate Complex (Equiv Magnesium 125Mg) 625Mg. Also contains: magnesium stearate. No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 1 to 3 capsules daily or as directed. Take in divided doses, between meals or at bedtime.
Manufacturers Precautions
High doses of magnesium may loosen the bowel i.e. (doses exceeding 500mg daily). Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Clinicians Magnesium is well tolerated and considered suitable to use during these times, use under health professional supervision to ensure appropriate dosing. Side effects: Generally considered well tolerated at the recommended amount.

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
