Each Tablet Contains:
Sodium ascorbate: 600mg
- equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C):533mg
Ascorbic acid: 667mg
Total Vitamin C: 1,200mg
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D 33IU): 8.25mcg
Zinc oxide
- equiv. Zinc: 10mg
Formulated Without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Manufacturers Precautions
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains Vitamin D derived from lanolin from sheep’s wool. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
