Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a herb that is extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional health care system in India. Ashwagandha is used as a general tonic and "adaptogen," helping the body adapt to stress. We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

Curcumin Overview
Curcumin herbal supplements like this one from NOW Foods are derived from the familiar culinary herb turmeric.
