- Passionflower and Skullcap are botanical extracts that help calm and relax the body and mind to help relieve nervous tension and help you fall asleep and get a good night' rest
Ingredients
Each gelatin capsule contains:
Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 12.5mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.3mg (equiv Vitamin B6) 5mg, 5-Hydroxytryptophan 25mg, Magnesium aspartate complex (equiv magnesium) 312 62mg, Passiflora incarnata (passion flower) ext.equiv. dry herb 540mg, Scutellaria lateriflora (scullcap) herb ext.equiv. dry herb 80mg.
Also contains: Magnesium stearate, tapioca. No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours and preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime.
Repeat the dose during the night if required.

Clinicians REM Sleep contains 5-HTP which should not be used alongside anti-depressant medications unless under the supervision of a health professional. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended for use during pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
