Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose.
To accustom to product take a 1/4 to 1/2 dose for the first 2 or 3 days.
Adults: (12 years and over): 5-10ml 2-4 times daily.
Children (2-12 years): 2.5ml 3-4 times daily.
Infants (1-2 years): 1.25ml 2-3 times daily.

Each 5ml dose contains:
Lemon Balm extract equivalent to dried herb 554mg.

In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions
Take 3-5 times daily :
0 to 1 years: 0.5ml (10 drops),
1 to 2 years: 1 to 2ml,
2 to 5 years: 2 to 3ml,
5 years and over: 5ml.
Shake well before use. Young children may prefer to take this syrup diluted in water or in a favourite natural juice or smoothie.
