Iron Melts are a unique, fizzy, strawberry tablet that dissolve in the mouth. They are a great supplement for kids and easy for adults to take too. Gluten and lactose free, these tablets not only contain iron but also Vitmains C, B12 and folic acid for greater absorption and to support red blood cell formation.

Ingredients
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - 50mg, Ferrous Fumarate (equiv Iron 5 mg) - 25.4mg, Folic Acid - 250mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 10mcg.
Directions
Adults and Children over 4 years: Chew or suck one Iron Melts tablet daily - the tablet will dissolve (melt) in your mouth.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
