Magnesium (as Citrate) 20mg, Magnesium (as Phosphate) 35mg, Total Elemental Magnesium 55mg. Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 100IU, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg, Zinc (as Gluconate) 1mg.
Formulated without Artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. No added gluten, egg, fish, dairy, soy or wheat.
Dosage
Children 4-8 years : Chew 1 to 2 tablets daily or as professionally advised.
Children 9 years + : Chew 2 to 6 tablets daily or as professionally advised.

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

Sodium ascorbate 800mg, Calcium ascorbate 500mg, Ascorbic acid 200mg, Rutin 50mg, Hersperidin 50mg, Zinc (from citrate) 1mg.
Dosage
Maintenance dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water daily or as professionally advised.
Acute dose: Adults and teens from 14 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to 4 times daily or as professionally advised.
Children 9-13 years: Break effervescent tablet in half and dissolve 1 half tablet in approximately 100ml of water, up to twice daily or as professionally advised.
Precautions
