Maintenance dosing :
After completing the Gutsi gut health reset continue with a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily of SporeBiotic for continued support.

Once Bacillus spores reach the gut, they can sense that conditions are suitable for survival and resume their active form. Bacillus spores were abundant in our ancestor's food supply. However, modern food systems have sterilised food processing, and foods and animals are treated with antimicrobial agents which has eliminated our exposure to these essential bacterial organisms. When in hibernation, Bacillus spores are highly stable and can survive in conditions ranging from 200C to -60C. Their ideal growth temperature is 37C, the internal temperature of the human body.
What makes SporeBiotic different from other probiotics?
SporeBiotic contains four Bacillus strains: Bacillus indicus HU36, Bacillus coagulans (SC-208), Bacillus clausii (SC-109) and Bacillus subtilis HU58 that have been shocked back into their spore form. Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains:
Total probiotic bacteria no less than consisting of 7 billion CFU. Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG 3.5 Billion CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis BB-12 3.5 Billion CFU. CFU = Colony Forming Units, at the time of manufacture.
Also contains: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. May contain traces of milk products.
No added: gluten, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults (12 years or older): Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with food.
Children (3 years and over): Take 1/2 to 1 capsule daily with food.
For young children, capsules should be opened and the contents mixed with fluid or sprinkled on food.
Do not reheat. If taking antibiotics, take at least 3 hours before or after each dose.

Clinicians MultiFlora Digest is cultured on a skim milk base and may contain traces of lactose in the finished product, but this product should therefore be suitable for lactose intolerant individuals. Individuals with severe IgE mediated dairy allergies should avoid taking Clinicians MultiFlora Digest or consult their health professional first.
Consult your health professional before use with the following treatments and/or conditions: radiation therapy, recent oral or gastrointestinal surgery (particularly short bowel loop) and those who are immunosuppressed (e.g. HIV). We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Directions
Children 1-12 years: Use a dry teaspoon to mi. x 5.3g (1 heaped teaspoon) of powder into 100ml of water or add to a smoothie for a delicious berry flavoured drink.
Seal jar tightly after use.
