Directions
Mix with fruit juice, water or fluid.
Adults & children over 13 years: 1 rounded 5ml teaspoon.
Children 9 to 13 years: 1/2 a 5ml teaspoon daily.
Children 4 to 8 years: 1/4 a 5ml teaspoon daily.
