Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

Biotin (5000mcg) Overview
If you've been dealing with thinning or brittle hair, or thin fingernails that split and break easily, NOW Foods 5mg Biotin supplement may be a huge help to you. Biotin was discovered when scientists were looking for the cause and cure for a disease then known as "egg-white injury syndrome". One of this disease's primary clinical signs is hair loss (alopecia) and thin, brittle hair. Most users take biotin to improve the growth and condition of hair and nails, with many people seeing great results. It's also on the growing list of nutrients that can help to stabilize blood sugar and levels, along with chromium, alpha lipoic acid and cinnamon. Multivitamins and B complex formulas contain many nutrients that are good for hair including 'some' biotin but typically not very much. So, keep taking your multi or B complex but use a separate biotin supplement if you're trying to grow thicker, more robust hair and nails.
