NOW Foods Omega-3 is a blend of omega-3 fish oils from salmon, mackerel, anchovies and sardines. Biotin (5000mcg) Overview
If you've been dealing with thinning or brittle hair, or thin fingernails that split and break easily, NOW Foods 5mg Biotin supplement may be a huge help to you. Multivitamins and B complex formulas contain many nutrients that are good for hair including 'some' biotin but typically not very much. So, keep taking your multi or B complex but use a separate biotin supplement if you're trying to grow thicker, more robust hair and nails.
