Description
Now Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fish, borage and flax seed oils. This combination of nutritional oils has a unique balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids plus omega-9, a non-essential, but useful fatty acid. The omega-3's alpha linolenic acid, EPA and DHA, and the omega-6, GLA, support the maintenance of healthy skin, immune system health, cardiovascular health and helps contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Omega-3 Overview
NOW Foods Omega-3 is a blend of omega-3 fish oils from salmon, mackerel, anchovies and sardines.
