This is a herbal and essential oils tonic designed to support and boost immune health with Echinacea, Clove buds and Ginger. May support the body's natural immune responses and recovery. Provides vital blood nutrients and oxygen-rich minerals. Specifically useful for those prone to repeat illness.

Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)
Everyday support: To support healthy immune function, take 5mls two to three times daily OR take a single dose of 10-15mls once per day if preferred.
Acute support: To support recovery from illness and low energy levels, take 5mls three to four times daily.
We suggest taking your recommend dose at the same time each day straight from the spoon or added to your morning smoothie. You can stir your dose into a drink, just not too hot. Heat can alter the chemistry of the active ingredients.

Directions

For insomnia take 5 - 10ml in the evening.

Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately.
Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
