Providing Omega-3 fatty acids 159mg
Of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 89mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 41mg, Phospholipids 330mg, Choline 41.3mg.
Contains astaxanthin 50mcg (antioxidant).
Contains sorbitol 26 mg per capsule.
Directions
Adults 18 years and older:
Take 2 capsules per day with or without food, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Manufacturers Precautions
Not recommended if pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend on becoming pregnant as insufficient data is available. Store at or below 25C. Protect against light and moisture. Keep in the outer carton until required for use. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
