NOW Foods Omega-3 is a blend of omega-3 fish oils from salmon, mackerel, anchovies and sardines. NOW’s Omega-3 is rich in EPA and DHA, the two omega-3 constituents thought to be responsible for the majority of fish oil’s benefits. Fish oil supplementation is believed to help improve brain function, promote cardiovascular health, improve joint function, reduce unhealthy inflammation, promote healthy cholesterol levels, reduce blood triglyceride levels and promote skin, hair and nail health.
NOW’s Omega-3 provides a perfect balance of EPA and DHA with plenty of servings so you don’t run out as soon as you start realizing the benefits of supplementation. The large amount of softgels also allows you the option of taking more fish oil capsules if preferable. Some like to take 1 serving with each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner as to provide a constant stream of omega-3 fatty acids to the body throughout the day. Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
