Vitamin K is well known for its role in the synthesis of a number of blood coagulation factors and is also important for the formation of strong, healthy bones. MenaQ7 MK-7 is a unique soy-free, bioavailable form of vitamin K-2 that plays a critical role in arterial health through its ability to support proper calcium metabolism in blood vessels and arteries.
Vitamin K supports bone health and provides cardiovascular support. Now Foods, MK-7 is a vegan, non-GMO, dietary supplement produced in GMP quality assured facilities.

Other ingredients: Rice flour, hypermellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.

Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with food.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
