Description
Vitamin B-12 is necessary for the production of energy from fats and proteins and is well known for its role in DNA synthesis, as well as in homocysteine metabolism. Methylcobalamin is the co-enzyme form of vitamin B-12 that has been found to be especially critical in the maintenance of a healthy nervous system. Dietary sources of B12 are almost exclusively from animals and supplementation with B-12 may be important for strict vegetarians. Now Methyl B-12 is vegetarian/vegan (non-animal derived).
Ingredients
Serving Size: 1 Lozenge
Servings per Container: 100
Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) 1 mg (1000mcg)
Other Ingredients: Fructose, sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, natural flavours and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Directions
Take 1 lozenge 1 to 2 times daily. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.

Natural colour variation may occur in this product. For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
