Kiwiherb Bedtime Bliss: Calm your unsettled child with Kiwiherb's strawberry-flavoured sleep aid, Bedtime Bliss. Formulated with chamomile, withania and hops for effective sleep support for children to help them get to sleep, support staying asleep while waking refreshed. Supports healthy sleep patterns and deep relaxation for fuss-free bedtimes and happy mornings to support healthy growth.

Ingredients
Each ml serve contains:
Herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Flower 115mg,
Withania (Withania somnifera, ashwagandha) Root & Leaves 50mg,
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobile/Fruit 25mg.
In a base of Organic Apple Juice Concentrate, Glycerine, Organic Rice Syrup, Purified Water and Natural Flavours.
Contains sugars from rice syrup and apple juice.
Alcohol-free. No added gluten, dairy, soy, artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions
Infants 0-1 yr: 0.5ml
Children
1-2 yrs: 2ml
2-3 yrs: 3ml
3-5 yrs: 4ml
5+ yrs: 5ml
Suitable for use while pregnant and breastfeeding at the recommended dosages. Can be given undiluted or added to your child's formula. One to two doses 1 hour before bed. May repeat one dose during the night on waking.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
