Hemp Connect Hemp Heart Seed Oil is natural and nutritious.  Hemp Heart Seed oil conatins nutritious polyunsaturated fatty acids.   Low in sodium and sugar and is a source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Hemp oil contains the energy for a normal metabolism.

With a light, nutty flavour, hemp seed oil is the perfect addition to sweet and savoury dishes. Use it in salads, pastas, stews, soups, dressings and even in smoothies and sweet treats.

      Ingredients:

      100% cold-pressed hemp hearts (Dehulled Hemp Seeds) Oil. 

      Directions:

      Take 1-2 teaspoons (10mL) daily. Sip directly from a spoon or use as a finishing oil over your favourite dish. Drizzle over salads, pasta, stir fries or dips, or add to shakes for an omega boost.

      Shipping and Delivery 

       

      We currently only deliver to New Zealand as standard.   If you would like us to ship internationally contact us by email (help@bemo.co.nz) with details.

      Packaging

      We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

      Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

      Delivery

      We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use CourierPost and no signature is required.

      Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

      We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
