Harker Herbals chest rub slowly releases warming natural oils to support clear airways in the chest and sinuses. Aromatic menthol rub to ease sinus and chest congestion.

Ingredients
Lanolin, Aloe Vera Gel, Essential Oil Blend (Camphor, Cinnamon bark, Clove bud, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Pine, Olive, Sweet Almond, Wintergreen), Menthol crystals, Xanthan gum, in a paraben free natural cream base of purified water, sweet almond oil, glycerine, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, shea nut butter, sodium stearate, sodium cetylphosphate, phenoxyethanol.
Directions
Rub a small amount directly to the upper chest and back 2 to 3 times daily, especially before bed.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply to broken skin. Always read the label and use as directed.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
