Ingredients

SporeBiotic:
Proprietary Probiotic Blend 220mg, 3 billion CFU [Bacillus indicus, HU36, Bacillus clausii (SC-109), Bacillus subtilis, HU58, Bacillus coagulans(SC-208)]
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (hypoallergenic plant fibre), hypromellose (vegetable capsule). Antioxidants [lycopene, astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, alpha & beta carotene, lutein] are produced naturally in the digestive tract by this probiotic; they are not added to the capsule.
This product is allergen and vegan friendly. It does not contain any GMOs, gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, nuts, preservatives, binders, artificial fillers, colours, or flavours.

Gut Food:
Proprietary Functional Fibre Blend 2g [Galactooligosaccharides (Bimuno), Organic Xylooligosaccharides (PreticX), Organic Kiwifruit powder (ACTAZIN)].
Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (hypoallergenic plant fibre), magnesium stearate, silica.
This product is a low allergen formulation and vegetarian friendly. It does not contain any GMOs, gluten, wheat, soy, nuts, preservatives, binders, artificial fillers, colours, or flavours. Contains milk and corn. One or more ingredients derived from rBST-free bovine milk lactose and organic non-GMO corn cob.

Good Guts:
L-Proline 500mg, Citrus sinensis & Citrus paradisi Extracts (MicrobiomeX) 400mg, Mediterranean Polyphenols Concentrate (Oxxynea) (from rosemary leaf extract, olive leaf extract, grape pomace extract, artichoke leaf extract) 400mg, L-Serine 350mg, L-Threonine 300mg, L-Cysteine (as L-Cysteine HCI) 40mg.
Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (hypoallergenic plant fibre), magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Gut Health Reset Dosing:
SporeBiotic : Week 1-8: Take 1 capsule daily. Take with a meal.
Gut Food : Week 5-8: Take 4 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic and Good Guts. Take with or without a meal.
Good Guts : Week 5-8: Take 3 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic and Gut Food. Take with or without a meal.

Maintenance dosing :
After completing the Gutsi gut health reset continue with a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily of SporeBiotic for continued support.
Gut Food and Good Guts can be taken intermittently 2-3 times a week after completing this reset to maintain great gut health
