L-Serine 350 mg,

Other Ingredients: Hypermellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (hypoallergenic plant fibre), magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Ages 4+: Take 3 capsules daily with or without a meal, or as directed.
