Zinc is a common nutrient deficiency. Supplementation is beneficial when dietary intake of this vital mineral is low. Good Health Zinc Melts are delicious vanilla berry flavoured tablets that dissolve in your mouth using advanced sub-lingual technology. Zinc is an essential mineral used throughout the body for many functions including the maintenance and upkeep of a healthy immune system. It also supports hormonal health and skin repair. The addition of Vitamin A further supports zinc absorption in the body.
Ingredients
Ingredients: (per tablet) Zinc Citrate 7.5mg, Vitamin A Palmitate (Equiv. Vitamin A 200mcg) 660IU.
Formulated without wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, artificial flavours, preservatives or colours.
Dosage
Dosage:
Adults from 16 years: Take 1-2 tablets daily after food or as professionally advised.
Children 9-15 years: Take 1 tablet daily after food or as professionally advised.
Best taken with or after food to avoid potential nauseous. Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
Precautions
Contra-indications: If taken on an empty stomach or if zinc supplementation is not necessary, there is the potential to feel nauseous.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
