Good Health Multi Fibre is an additional dietary fibre that supports healthy bowel regularity and function, in a gentle yet effective formula of specific fibre that supports toxin removal and daily digestive health. Flax, Psyllium and Pectin fibres combined support regularity, while Chlorella assists with toxin removal, and Aloe Vera and Celery support digestive comfort. Can be taken as part of Good Health's 7-day Body Cleanse or as ongoing dietary fibre support.

Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:
Celery (apium graveolens) seed 100mg, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Gel 250mg, Chlorella vulgaris (Chlorella) Whole Plant Powder 100mg, Malus domestica (Apple) Fruit Fibre 100mg, Linum usitatissimum (Flax) Seed Powder 200mg, Psyllium Husk Powder 200mg.
Directions
Can be taken over 7 days or 1 month:
7 Day cleanse : Adults: Take 4 capsules 3 times daily before food until finished, or as professionally advised.
1 month maintenance cleanse: Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning before food, or as professionally advised. Capsules can be opened and added to food.
Manufacturers Precautions
Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fiber supplements - 1 to 3 litres per day is recommended. Some changes in bowel habits may occur during additional fiber intake. If unsure, please seek health professional advice. It is recommended that Multi Fibre should be taken at least two hours away from prescription medication. Always read the label and use as directed.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
