Good Health Deep Sleep contains a plant derived extract of 5-HTP providing the precursor to serotonin, the body's natural sleep inducer. Also included are the herbs Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Jamaican Dogwood to effectively support the nervous system and aid normal sleep patterns. Deep sleep is a unique formulation of 5HTP and herbs that work together to promote relaxation and sleep. Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Jamaican Dogwood relax the mind and body with 5HTP to support the nervous system and aid normal sleep patterns by naturally increasing seratonin and melatonin to induce sleep without the "hangover effects" often experienced by insomnia medication.

Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Passiflora incarnate (Passion Flower) Herb and Flower 750mg, Eschscholzia californica (Californian Poppy) Whole Plant 200mg, Piscidia piscipula Jamaican Dogwood) Bark 50mg.
Vitamins & Minerals: Magnesium Oxide (Equiv. Magnesium 30mg) 50mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1mg.
Formulated without: Artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
Free from gluten, dairy, soy, egg or wheat.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules, 1 hour before bed or as professionally advised.
Precautions
Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Should not be taken with prescription sleep medication, Parkinson's medication or antidepressants.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
