Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid triglyceride) 400mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid triglyceride) 300mg
Other Ingredients: Concentrated Wild Alaskan Pollock oil Omega 3 triglycerides and E306 IP certified natural mixed tocopherols (natural Vitamin E) in a fish gelatin capsule.
Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take: 1-3 softgel capsules per day with or after meals.
Manufacturers Precautions
If you are taking anti-coagulant or anti-platelet medication or have a bleeding disorder contact your healthcare professional before taking Purest Omega 3. Not recommended for use with Warfarin and do not use before surgery. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
