Clinicians 5-HTP is research-based natural serotonin support for calm, balanced mood, stress and sleep. 5-HTP is an amino acid that is used in the normal production of serotonin. This 5-HTP is naturally sourced from the Griffonia simplicifolia seed and is an amino acid used in the normal production of serotonin.

Ingredients
Each gelatin capsule contains:
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 50mg
Also contains: Calcium lactate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, tapioca powder. Calcium content (from calcium lactate) 48mg/capsule.
No added: Sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules at night or as directed

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
